No-Show Policy

Our goal is to provide quality individualized medical care in a timely manner. "No-shows" and late reschedule/cancellations inconvenience those individuals who need access to medical care in a timely manner. We would like to remind you of our office policy regarding missed appointments. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients in need of medical care. Please note that your success in our program is improved with regularly kept appointments.

For all NEW PATIENTS: Currently there is a $80 no-show fee for patients who fail to reschedule/cancel within a 24-hour advance notice.  This charge will be applied to the credit card number that we obtain prior to your first appointment. If the payment does not go through or it is not paid within 1 week, you will not be able to establish with Aspire Health in the future.

For all ESTABLISHED PATIENTS:  There is a $50 no-show fee for patients who fail to reschedule/cancel within a 24-hour advance notice. This charge will be applied to your account and will need to be paid prior to your next appointment.

No-show is when a patient misses an appointment or fails to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment or fails to reschedule/cancel within a 24-hour advance notice. When there is a no-show, a letter will be mailed to the patient and recorded in their medical record. two no-shows in a 12-month period for established patients or two new patient no-shows will result in a dismissal from Aspire Health, PLLC.

Late Reschedules/Cancellations: A late reschedule/cancellation is considered when a patient fails to cancel their scheduled appointment within a 24-hour advance notice and is considered a no-show.

Late Arrivals: It is our intent to keep the schedule running as fluently as possible. Late arrivals may not receive the full appointment time because of the impact it will have on other patients. If a patient is more than 10 minutes late, they may not seen and would be considered a no-show.

Please note: We always have a telemedicine option that can be used if you are not able to come into the office, to avoid the no-show fee.
